Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the GearTrail website and your purchase of products from GearTrail (ABN: 39 464 497 800), operated by Mohammad Sarwar Hossain, Brisbane QLD, Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

2. Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on GearTrail include GST (10%) unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from our Brisbane HQ warehouse. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. GearTrail is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Our returns process is outlined in our Returns Policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GearTrail's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

8. Vehicle Compatibility

Vehicle compatibility information is provided as a guide only. It is your responsibility to verify that a part is suitable for your specific vehicle before purchase. If unsure, contact us before ordering.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
