Shipping Policy

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane HQ warehouse. Orders placed on business days are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch — not the date of order. Timeframes may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the carrier.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. GearTrail is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

Delays

GearTrail is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
