How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to most Australian capitals takes 2–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship to all states and territories including regional and rural areas. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order weight.
How do I know a part fits my vehicle?
Every product page includes a vehicle compatibility table. You can also use the vehicle selector in the header to filter parts by your make, model and year. If you are unsure, contact our team before ordering.
Can I return a part if it does not fit?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused parts in original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchange page or contact us to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other cards via Stripe. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Click "Trade Account" in the navigation or footer and complete the registration form. Trade accounts receive exclusive pricing, priority support and flexible ordering options.
Are all parts genuine?
Yes. GearTrail only stocks parts from reputable brands and authorised suppliers. All products are clearly identified by brand, SKU and manufacturer part number.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your order status from your account dashboard.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
